When judgement is quick and uninformed.

I am always amazed when people are quick to pronounce a quick judgement on  something they know very little about. Why do people assume they know way more than they actually do? Who are these people anywhere, the ones who are very quick to judge?

All of us.

At one time or another, we have all been that person. The person, who has not taken the time to ask questions, to understand and to show compassion. We usually get the big, obvious situations, but it’s in the small everyday situations where we are likely to err.

Recently, my son and I were at the receiving end of a stranger’s very loud, negative opinions. My reaction to the situation was rather flawed and you can read the whole story here.
